Fee & Payment

The conference fee covers: accommodation and meals, coffee breaks, conference materials, a trip and a banquet. The fee is non-refundable.

The fee should be transferred to the bank account. For organizational reasons, we would be grateful for sending us the payment confirmation, along with the information, whether and to whom we should issue an invoice. Please note that the university administrative office and the bursar's office will be closed in August. The late payment deadline is 31st July, 2015.

Additional fees and charges:
- The fee for an accompanying person is PLN 800.
- An extra charge for a single room is PLN 150.

The organizers have a limited pool of funds, intended to partly subsidize the conference fee, for young scientists. The amount of subsidy depends on the number of participants who will apply for it. Applications for funding, including an extended abstract of the presentation planned, should be sent to mntp14@gmail.com before 1st May, 2015, after registering for the conference.

Cash payment upon arrival is only possible when the following conditions are met:
(a) prior notification to us of this fact and the advance payment of 20% of PLN 1250, to the bank account before 31st May, 2015. Then the rest of the amount you will pay in cash upon arrival at the conference. Please note that the amount paid in advance is non-refundable.
(b) prior notification to us of this fact and the advance payment of 20% of PLN 1450, to the bank account before 31st July, 2015 (if the payment is made after 31st May, 2015). Then the rest of the amount you will pay in cash upon arrival at the conference. Please note that the amount paid in advance is non-refundable.

If the above conditions are not met, the conference fee to be in cash paid upon arrival is PLN 1650 (or its equivalent in EUR at the exchange rate on the day of arrival).
